#16 Add Logic to handle different Configration

It is only possible to handle php configuration and no reverse proxy, to handle configuration like this, there must be a dynamic class to create form fields and validation for submenus.

#43 $menu->redraw() is not working, while refactoring, to handle different Configurations, also try to solve this problem. Maybee to reset input fields to override with default values. The reset of the Configuration works already.
